Private Event Packages
Our standard private event packages are designed for up to 75 guests. Planning something larger? Corporate events or large-scale gatherings may require a custom package. Please inquire for availability and details.
Barn Rental Party Package | 4 hours | $500
Each Additional Hour: $100

Use of barn and approved surrounding property for 4 hours

(4) picnic tables

(3) 6 foot tables, generally used for food, table coverings are not provided

1 spool table, generally used for desserts or gifts

Use of the fire pit
(Fire will be started and maintained by the staff of Oak Leaf Acres only) -
Use of the property for photos

You are responsible for bringing your own decorations, food and games.

Total rental time includes time for set up and clean up.

The grassy area in the back of the barn can be used for games and/or activities.

All games and/or activities will need approval from Oak Leaf Acres LLC

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your event.

The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event date.
